BIKESHOWS EUROPE LTD came into existence in October 2003.
The crew have all been involved at various levels in the running, organizing and selling of Motorbike related events for over 20 years.
We are all based in the North-West England, UK, working from home.

Started out, back in 1985, running all the indoor and outdoor events for a Publishing Company including such titles as-

Road Racer Magazine - at the TT and all Race Circuits in the UK.
Back Street Heroes - Streetfighters - Scootering - Used Bike Guide - Classic Bike Guide - Motorcycle International - Which Bike - All American Heroes - Classic American and many other non-bike titles such as Country Car, Technic and Climbing Magazine.

During this period I have been involved with the running of all our current shows from day one, working with Paul Haigh and later with Inside Communications. So the natural progression, when the opportunity arose, was to go cap in hand with my brother-in-law, Phil Barton, to the bank and purchase the shows to ensure they carry on and to improve all I have been involved with for the last 20 years.

As well as the shows I am also involved in the running of the Ramsey Sprint during TT week (since 1996) and in the last three years I have run, on behalf of the Motorcycle Industry, the New Custom Extreme Feature at the NEC Bike Show where many of you already exhibit within the Custom Extreme Village.

Phil Barton - Managing Director

Philip has a strong academic and managerial background. 25 years in ICI/AstraZeneca in IT and Purchasing. Retiring at 50 from a senior management position, in 1997 Philip founded and is currently also running a Telecommunications conferences and consultancy business.

What Philip brings to the company is the experience of running a small business and the legal and financial input to form and run the company. Philip’s role in the company is limited to over viewing the accounts and cash flow, and helping out at the shows – you may see him taking the ID photos or handing out receipts.
